Sample Navigation Bar Widget - updated for FileMaker 7   When we first developed this technique, back in the days of FileMaker v4, it got a lot of attention. When we publicly released sampler of it in 2001, it became one of our most popular free downloads of that time. Now we offer a revised version which harnesses the extended power of FileMaker 7's script parameters. This sample utility shows a technique which was developed for use in navigating a FileMaker database solution. The application it was designed for was one where screen space was very tight. Unlike other 'Status Area' replacements, this one is not only compact, but multi-functional and includes a click-to-go bar with a graphical pointer to display the position in the file, plus a fast-scrolling option using a modifier key/click combination. This revised version of the file is in fp7 format. This demo is locked, but is indicative of the advanced techniques we make available to our clients.
